The Verdala International School Refugee Scholarship Fund (VISFund) will offer academically deserving students the opportunity to complete an International Baccalaureate at Verdala International School. The ultimate aim will be to assist scholarship recipients with the opportunity to study in higher or tertiary education.
The three-year scholarship shall be awarded as a 100% grant and will include all academic fees, school lunch, exam fees, field excursions and after-school vocational activities.
The Education Board will ensure scholarship recipients receive ongoing support, mentoring, and guidance.
The VISFund is a registered voluntary organisation (VO/1641) and non-profit charity. As a result, 100% of donations are committed to the scholarship.
The Verdala International School Refugee Scholarship Fund is registered with The Registry For Legal Person and the Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations.
